I was really disappointed by that oversight. Aside from that, my order was fantastic!

I ordered a Baconator with added lettuce, and instead received a single meat patty wrapped in lettuce in a box. I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with bacon, but got just a piece of chicken with lettuce wrapped around it in a box. The level of incompetence at this particular Wendy's is astounding. I've picked up food from here multiple times, and there's always something wrong with my order. I strongly recommend finding another Wendy's nearby and avoiding this one at all costs.

Burger I just received was nearly inedible. Completely soaked in sauce I didn 't ask for, chewy,covered with gross cheese . Stale fries. At least they got the soda right. 15$ for something I wouldn 't feed my dog. Shameful.
