Manager was right there, and didn 't say a word. Food is left on the counter where anyone can grab it. Infuriating and disappointing are the least of the words I could use right now. And even has been closed for lack of staffing (I'll blame Covid for that) The line backs up quickly, esp during peak hours. Last time, I had to come inside for my mobileorder and couldn't just pick it up in the drive through. I didn't have a problem w that, except that on the app it offered drivethrough pick up so I wasted time and gas waiting in the drive thru line only to be told to park and come in. Be prepared forthat if you mobile order. Quality of food is hit and miss.

Each time I've visited, there has been a problem—whether it's with the food or the staff, who often seem understaffed and unhappy. The last straw for me occurred last week when I took my child to get a Happy Meal. We were essentially refused service because the manager threatened to call the police over an issue scanning an app coupon code. I filed a complaint with corporate and spoke to a district manager, so I hope they are addressing the numerous issues at this location that have persisted for months.

I've been allowed in by staff only to be asked to leave shortly after, despite customers being served through the drive-thru. The manager on duty even appeared annoyed that I was there wanting to make a purchase.

I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with bacon, but got just a piece of chicken with lettuce wrapped around it in a box. The level of incompetence at this particular Wendy's is astounding. I've picked up food from here multiple times, and there's always something wrong with my order. I strongly recommend finding another Wendy's nearby and avoiding this one at all costs.

Although it was early, the staff informed us that they offer the full menu 24/7. Unlike most places that switch to lunch after breakfast hours, this place serves everything all day. Their chili, cookies, and burgers are the best. In contrast, the Gresham location seems to have a staff that lacks the same level of care and professionalism. I highly recommend visiting the Wendy's on 181st instead.

FIVE STARS! Because in spite of the insane line, I’m sitting here enjoying a JR bacon burger, fries, and a fruit lemonade MADE FRESH! You can definitely tell when the food is fresh, and when it isn’t...Many places will have a pile of pre-made stuff in preparation for this busy time, but not this place! And the line is just moving right along. Impressed! Worth the $6. Keep up the fast work!
