The lady who took my order was friendly and got my order entered quickly. The wait wasn't very long and the burgers were just as saucy and juicy as I had hoped for. Doesn't make sense when you say it LOL but this Burger is epic. Very favorable, you have to try it to believe it. Fries and Mango Lemonade was great as well. Super cool staff and great atmosphere. Good people. That said, the payment system is programmed with buttons to calculate an automatic 18% or higher tip. To tip the standard 15% (in good faith at an ordering counter before you actually receive any service that wouldtraditionally warrant a tip), it takes a few extra clicks and a manual calculation. I always tip fairly or better. But when asystem pressures me into something more than that, I won't return to use it again. Beyond that, there were some minorannoyances that aren't worth describing in detail. The main reason for only 3 stars is that it should have been a real treat,spending $35 for two burgers and one drink, including tip. But we left wishing we had spent $15 at a chain fast food restaurantinstead.
