I appreciated how 'welcomed ' you felt as a family, other Killer Burger establishments have the music up too loud for conversation and violent programming on their televisions. This location didn 't feel like they wanted you too leave. Great job!

Most of the patrons were friendly young people gathered in groups, and the staff—also young—were busy serving and cooking. The music was quite loud. At first glance, the exterior of the restaurant gives the impression that it’s closed, but it’s definitely open for business. Inside, it seems to be bustling, and I can personally attest that their burgers are absolutely amazing—definitely worth trying! - Dan

Good people. That said, the payment system is programmed with buttons to calculate an automatic 18% or higher tip. To tip the standard 15% (in good faith at an ordering counter before you actually receive any service that wouldtraditionally warrant a tip), it takes a few extra clicks and a manual calculation. I always tip fairly or better. But when asystem pressures me into something more than that, I won't return to use it again. Beyond that, there were some minorannoyances that aren't worth describing in detail. The main reason for only 3 stars is that it should have been a real treat,spending $35 for two burgers and one drink, including tip. But we left wishing we had spent $15 at a chain fast food restaurantinstead.

The only drawback was that the bun fell apart a bit, but everything else was perfect. Great job, everyone!
