After ordering a large bucket of chicken, I decided to check the bucket to see if everything was fresh. Unfortunately, the chicken breast looked old and dry. I was also put off by the unclean appearance of the two women at the window, especially the shorter female with a bad attitude. This kind of behavior can dissuade customers from dining here. The owner should address this issue, as the lid to our chicken was filthy and the excuse given was untrue. We will not be returning, as our nearly $40 was wasted on a subpar experience. They should follow the KFC recipe next time, as this visit was absolutely terrible.

My experience was extremely disappointing as... read more There is no doubt that the restaurant in Greenfield, Indiana, located off State Road 9, does not deserve any stars. My experience was extremely disappointing as we waited in line for over 45 minutes to be served. The staff had just assisted a couple of ladies before completely ignoring us and focusing on their drive-thru customers. While I understand that they may have been busy and short-staffed, it would have been appreciated if they at least acknowledged us. I will never be returning to this establishment.

It... read more Whenever I go to this restaurant, they always seem to be out of the item I order right after I place my order. I'm not even given the option to wait for it! It has happened three times now, and every single time they are out of what I want. It is incredibly frustrating.
