Allie’s service was simply average. She seemed to be in a rush and made us feel like we needed to hurry too. When she brought our check, she didn’t ask if we were ready for dessert, then left us waiting for about 15 minutes while our check and card sat on the table. It would have been nice if she took her time, slowed down, and engaged with us more. Additionally, the wait for our food was frustratingly long. View all feedback.
Not too busy for lunch. Fast service. Salad was good.
Boneless wings were awesome! Beer was cold! Life is good
The place is a chaotic mess. We stood for 12 mins before we e were greeted. Once seated, it was obvious they were way understaffed. They brought another table’s order to us initially the tried to give our order to another table. Moat the wings were lukewarm and sauce had dried up meaning they had been sitting for some time. Not a great experience.
It took almost an hour to get food. It was good when we did it.
We arrived on time. We were told that they were short staff, but several employees were talking. We were told a 15-20-minute waiting period and it didn't matter that we had a reservation. After we sat down, the waitress waited for every table around us. Another has refilled the station with cups and napkins. After 20 minutes by no one who even comes to our table to ask if we were still served or offered us a drink, we left. We're not going back. This was the third time that something like this happened in the concrete facility.
