Recently, a visit to a local Taco Bell left diners with mixed feelings, as availability issues plagued the experience. Many customers encountered shortages on popular menu items, leading to frustration and delays. While the staff maintained courtesy, the food quality varied; some enjoyed the flavorful offerings like Doritos Tacos and steak quesadilla, while others faced challenges with incorrect orders and quality concerns, such as stale nacho chips. The reliance on digital kiosks also left some patrons feeling lost. Overall, while there are highlights, the inconsistent service and menu availability detracted from what could have been a satisfying meal.

Every Taco Bell should be open at least til midnight.
Crunch wrap was mainly lettuce. The taco stuck to the paper on the bottom and all the filling came out.
The food at this location is top-notch, we would rate it 10 out of 10. They really know how to prepare it perfectly. No other Greenfield location can even come close in comparison!
I would give fewer stars if I could. It's likely the worst taco place in the area.
I love Taco Bell, but what I don't love is consistently receiving sour cream even after specifically requesting no sour cream at every location, regardless of the time of day. Despite their assurances that my order will be correct, there always seems to be sour cream added. The only time I don't receive sour cream is when the item doesn't come with it already. Other than that, the food is great.
