Wendy's - Greenfield
Wendy's
Description
At this Wendy's location, patrons are met with a frustrating experience marked by inconsistent service and food quality. Many express discontent with limited menu availability, frequently running out of staples like bread, sausage, and bacon. Customers often opt for the drive-thru due to a locked lobby, leading to dissatisfaction with food that can be rubbery and tough. Additionally, some employees have been noted for their lack of professionalism. However, a silver lining emerged when the integrity of the management shone through, with staff demonstrating exceptional character by returning lost valuables. Ultimately, this Wendy's leaves much to be desired.

My partner and I decided to grab some breakfast sandwiches and tea at Wendy's. The tea had a hint of fruit flavor, which was a nice touch. We had ordered a croissant sandwich and a breakfast burrito, but when our order arrived, we only received two sandwiches. After pointing out the mistake to the staff, they quickly rectified it and brought out our missing burrito. The food was average at best, and overall, our experience was just okay. I don't think I would choose Wendy's for a quick breakfast stop again.
I went to this restaurant for lunch and was disappointed to find out that they were out of several menu items. The chicken sandwich I ordered was so tough and rubbery that I couldn't even take a bite.
This Wendy's location is the worst I have ever experienced. The food quality is terrible, the employees are impolite, unprofessional, and inefficient. The restaurant itself is filthy and the service is unbelievably bad, especially at the drive-thru. They often do not adhere to their posted hours of operation. Any review rating above one star is likely not genuine. I strongly advise against stopping here. If you are on the highway and seeking an alternative to McDonald's, Burger King, or Subway, it is best to continue to the next exit. You will appreciate it later.
