The... read more My first visit to this KFC. We dined in and had the buffett. The cashier was super friendly and greeted people well. The buffett was a mess and half empty. The dining area was deeply in need to be cleaned. The items that they did have on the buffet were at least hot and fresh.

After ordering a large bucket of chicken, I decided to check the bucket to see if everything was fresh. Unfortunately, the chicken breast looked old and dry. I was also put off by the unclean appearance of the two women at the window, especially the shorter female with a bad attitude. This kind of behavior can dissuade customers from dining here. The owner should address this issue, as the lid to our chicken was filthy and the excuse given was untrue. We will not be returning, as our nearly $40 was wasted on a subpar experience. They should follow the KFC recipe next time, as this visit was absolutely terrible.
