I have been to this restaurant before and my experience was quick and easy.
This restaurant is never open. Despite their posted hours of 10am to 9pm, the place is always deserted and no one ever answers the phone.
No one picks up the phone at this restaurant! I've been trying to call for the past 10 minutes and still no response. They need to hire better workers who can answer the phone and handle cash transactions simultaneously.
Says open on the app and hours in store say open but the store is closed and it's after 11 am on a Saturday, 1-13-24
Just wanted to brag on Morgan (she may have had her name spelled a little differently on her name tag. I was just trying to remember her name for this review) and how amazing she was! Extremely helpful. I had a digital gift card that said I needed to use online. I didn’t know this until I was checking out. She was really friendly and figured out how to let me use the card in store while also informing me on how use it online and that I could find the same items online and do an in store pick up. She was absolutely so sweet and kind and during the encounter and I appreciate her so much. This was most positive experience I’ve had with Claire’s ever.
