I was overcharged by $2 because the 4” sub soup of the day were rung in as separate items instead of the combo, so that had to be fixed. The food had a funny taste to it. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich for my kid and I was given a cold sandwich- no toast on the bread or melted cheese. I go back to the counter, again, to have the cheese sandwich be an actual grilled cheese and the kid at the counter looked at me like I had 2 heads. The snickerdoodle cookie tasted like a plan sugar cookie- no cinnamon or tangy flavor a snickerdoodle should have. I DO NOT recommend Planet Sub. This is the actual person that was in the store puffin on that green vape. You were doing nothing the whole time but giving me dirty looks. You said please don 't do that in the store so I apologized and said I wouldn 't do it again. And then you proceeded to start yelling at me, and I wasn 't even inhaling the vape when you started yelling at me. You must live a depressing life, depressing enough to yell at children and threaten to call the cops because I was walking around the complex. Planet Sub isn 't the only place around there. I can walk away as I wish without you getting mad. What I do on public property, is absolutely none of your concern. I 'm welcome in that sorry excuse for a sandwich shop, any time I want ma 'am, you cannot be there to tell me to get out every day, nor can you really control it. Your employees don 't care enough to hand the food out to customers when it 's done, they sure won 't care about a kid being there. Stay in your lane sandwich lady Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
