In a recent dining experience, a local restaurant revealed a mixed bag of service quality and food satisfaction. While some patrons praised the fresh offerings and effective handling of large orders, others expressed frustration over missing condiments, slow service, and unprofessional staff interactions. Customers noted significant wait times for both service and food, with one even stating a preference for fast food alternatives nearby. The staff at this restaurant was extremely slow and uninterested in providing quick service. It took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the counter, another 5 minutes for someone to take my order, and a full 10 minutes to receive my food. I saw them putting old fries in my bag, and when I asked for fresh ones, they said it would take another 10 minutes. Frustrated, I decided to just take the old fries and leave. This Arby's location has consistently operated in this manner since I moved here, so I have low expectations for improvement. I only eat here about once every 6 months, and it's never worth the wait. I recommend everyone to avoid this restaurant as well.
When we were in a hurry to get something to eat on our way home, we almost always choose Arby's in Gardner, Kansas. This visit was just as good as the ones before, and the food was excellent! I didn't rate the atmosphere because we used the drive-thru.
I came a little late on a Sunday... just before closing.... Chase was super kind and nice! I appreciate the great customer service. Thank you!
Ordered 2 sandwiches and a large fries. Was asked to pull over and wait on another batch of fries. Waited over 10 minutes and then walked in and they still didn't have my order ready
2 pm, no customers here. Waiting at drive through for about 7 minutes just to place order. Now waiting on food
