I paid $2 for 50% more meat and did not get it!! Not sure I got even the normal amount of meat....

Terrible service, stand there and wait in line while they fill order after order that comes in online-even orders that come in after you’ve gotten in line. Rude older lady barked at me while in the drive thru that “we’re too busy, you’ll have to come inside”, then when you go inside they just keep filling the online orders, they don’t even acknowledge you. I’m done with this place!

Subway has changed their menu again. What I normally get is my favourite sandwich, the Spicy Italian. But I couldn 't find it on the drive-thru order board ?I ended up getting a turkey sub? Then, I got to the window to pick up and pay and asked what happened to their Sicy Italian. The cashier says, "Oh, the name has changed. With that disappointment and driving home with a sandwich, I did not want, I got home and noticed that the lettuce wasn 't fresh. Man, this wasn 't a good day at SUBWAY

I used the Subway app for the first time and waited for a guest to finish before approaching the counter. The young lady asked if I had placed an order and I replied yes. She rudely directed me to go up to the front. The gentleman who eventually helped me was friendly. However, when I got home, I realized that my sandwich was missing tomatoes and the other sandwich, which was supposed to be toasted, was not.
