The restaurant could benefit from new management. I've heard troubling reports about how the manager treats the staff, contributing to a toxic environment. One of the worst fast food places I've visited. Closed during hours that supposed to be open for missing staff or broken equipment. Staff seems to forget items on a regular basis.
I just went through the drive through hadn't been there for a long time because I didn't get what I ordered. today I ordered a 3 wing dinner. I got 2 thighs and a leg. the only pieces of a chicken I absolutely won't eat. I tried to call them it rang forever and no one picked up. guess I won't be going back.
Bought a bucket, and the chicken was really dry. It was almost like it was overcooked. This is the 2nd time I won't be back. Food: 1 Service: 2
