I was overcharged by $2 because the 4” sub soup of the day were rung in as separate items instead of the combo, so that had to be fixed. The food had a funny taste to it. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich for my kid and I was given a cold sandwich- no toast on the bread or melted cheese. I go back to the counter, again, to have the cheese sandwich be an actual grilled cheese and the kid at the counter looked at me like I had 2 heads. The snickerdoodle cookie tasted like a plan sugar cookie- no cinnamon or tangy flavor a snickerdoodle should have. I DO NOT recommend Planet Sub. A hot and crunchy Pepperoni, chicken, bacon, cream cheese, jalapeños and chipotle sauce sub!! All my favorites on it!! You guys have to try it!!

I drove 20 minutes to reach it since I’m... read more I visited this restaurant tonight around 7:40, under the impression that they closed at 9, as indicated by Apple Maps. I drove 20 minutes to reach it since I’m not familiar with the area. When I arrived, the woman at the counter didn’t acknowledge me at first and appeared annoyed. Despite my attempts to be friendly, she shot me a dirty look and made me feel unwelcome. Additionally, they didn’t have the type of bread I needed for my dietary restrictions, so I decided to leave. Instead, I went to Goodcents, where I received fantastic service with a smile. It’s no surprise that Planet Sub wasn’t busy; the staff member there seemed to dislike her job. Thank you, Goodcents, for the wonderful experience!
