This marks the first time, at a Michelin rated restaurant, that I could not even attempt to finish my entree after having taken one bite. That’s after going to Michelin restaurants all over the globe in several major cities. Keep this up and I suspect that this restaurant will not be able to maintain its sole star. On this night, the primi featured dried fish eggs which was akin to cat food, overly fishy and salty. The entree amberjack was tough and not chewable. My wife’s entree had a breaded beef that was devoid of any taste. Thai flavors also featured in one of the dishes; it was literally all over the place. The menu was neither cohesive nor coherent. Needless to say, we had to make our exit before the end of the meal.
