My wife and I have been four times since our arrival in Florence. We are so happy to find this place, food is great, except the pizzas have a variety of dishes. Services excellent, especially by Giacomo our usual waiters, friendly and professional. We recommend to our friends here and the USA to visit this cozy, excellent restaurant.

I live in Florence have eaten at Porta Romana Pizza Grill several times. I have never had a bad experience the food is always exceptional. The menu has many choices for a variety of appetites. We both had pizza last night, but I have also had their fish, pasta, meat and salads. In my opinion, their pizza is some of the best in Florence. It was simple to make a reservation using The Fork, even at the last minute. PR PG were also very accommodating when we asked to change our table from outside to inside to enjoy the AC (it was hot that evening). They were as gracious as they've always been the server was amazing! We walked, but it's easy to get there on public transport, or by car I have a friend who drives who has often met me there, finding free parking fairly close by.
