The head chef Marco Stabile seemed to be everywhere all the time, in the kitchen, serving food, talking to the guests. The kitchen is open and you can see everything being worked on. It has a very formal initial atmosphere with white tablecloths and a very sterile feel, but Marco and the team quickly put you at ease and we found ourselves very relaxed very quickly.

Each dish was delicious and carefully thought out. The presentation and service were top notch as well.
