A truly wonderful discovery. I got the schiacciata number 6, XL size... amazing. Slightly crunchy and very tasty. The schiacciata cost €10, appropriate for the size and the quality and quantity of the filling (the stracciatella is fabulous).

Caffè Dogali is one of those places that captures your heart the first time you visit. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, far removed from the tourist chaos that often reigns in the city center. I truly appreciated the quality of the coffee—one of the best I've had in the city—and the courtesy of the staff, who truly make you feel at home. But the real surprise were the stuffed schiacciatine: I chose the one with prosciutto, onion sauce, and dried tomatoes, a simply perfect combination, flavorful and well-balanced. Ideal for a quick but satisfying lunch, even more enjoyable when eaten al fresco. I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the authentic Florence, the Florentines' way.

My colleagues and I returned for lunch after a long wait. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is attentive and meticulous. Unfortunately, the artichoke and lampredotto risotto was overcooked and spicy. The chili pepper wasn't listed in the ingredients, and it was excessive for my taste. Prices are average.

We stopped by before a concert for an aperitif. We tried their schiacciate (flatbreads)... delicious, you can fill them however you like...

You get a glass of (good) wine, water, a very nice selection of various antipastos, two primis and a small dessert for just 12 Euro per person, and this is then called an aperitivo . The service is very friendly and quick. Certainly, the small price is justified by the fact that there is no choice. You have to accept the two primis as they are, although there is the minimal choice between a vegetarian and a meat-based aperitivo. Food is quite good, certainly not exaggeratedly special, given the friendly price.
