McDonald's - Duncan

Sunday Morn 10:50 am1 person takes order ( wrong)5 employees chat with each other head sets.11:02 my coffee finally put on a tray. 12 minutes later.Seriously I would have been better going through drive thru go park & go inside.When asked about muffin. Clerk said I didn't order it.Wanted another $1.70. Doesn't count she said because my 1 st coffee ( 12 min wait) was not ordered with the muffin.McDonalds used to be known for Fast service. Since there redesign, it,s just sad.Staff out numbered restaurant customers 2 to 1.No real customer service.

Never go to either one in Duncan. I have had better everything in Costa Rica where they do not even speak English. They have never gotten an order right. It is so bad I would not even let my child apply there.

Okay it's a McDonald's so I don't ever expect much, but this location is terrible. I only go through the drivethrew and they never put napkins, straws or utensils in the bag. Also there is always something wrong with the order. We've gone there three times and each time they screw up. In addition, plan on spending some time in the washroom after eating this location's food. I'm not sure if their employees are required to have their " food safe" certificates upon getting hired.

It's McDonalds so what do you want!!! - however be aware! - there is a HUGE Homeless population in the driveway - in the door ways and behind neighbouring businesses - needles everywhere and lots of DRUG DEALERS!! - this summer there was even a cardboard box "city" in the drive way filled with pimps and prostitutes - (It has been cleaned up now but it is a scary place) - I would recommend not using the bathroom in this establishment who knows what goes on in there - stick to the drive through!!!

Went looking for a quick snack. Went through the drive thru and with all the shady characters and "things" going on, I quickly ordered coffee and left.
