The restaurant could be better, but it's not great. It has a dingy atmosphere. We ordered a few dozen oysters and they were served too warm. However, the steak was cooked decently.
There are limited options for dining out on a Tuesday evening in Denmark, so we found ourselves at Danmark tavern. I decided to try something different and ordered the butter chicken, which is not a typical choice for me.
Went out for Sunday dinner with my partner on our way back to Albany. The menu offered the usual pub food as well as a few unique options.
We stopped by for a drink since we were staying next door. The pub featured craft beers on tap and had a nice, cozy country pub vibe. Although we didn't order any food, the standard pub menu looked appealing, and the meals being served to other tables appeared generous and delicious.
