Was Anonym at Denmark Bakery a mag?
Got a quick lunch here while sightseeing. All the usual bakery fare of cakes sandwiches coffee etc etc but for us it was the huge range of pies that set this bakery apart. They have all the normal standard meat pies to curry pies to lasagna pies and many many more quite unusual combinations. All sounded delicious so it was hard to choose. Something for all tastes and won't break the bank. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Denmark Bakery:
After seeing all the awards that the bakery had received for its sausage rolls and cakes, we decided to try it on 2 occasions. Boy, were we disappointed, the sausage rolls were salty and average in taste and the cakes rather average. However, the coffee and hot chocolate was excellent. View all feedback.

This place is one of my favourite bakeries and serves really great pies! If you are after a quick cheap lunch this is the place to go.

No trip to Denmark is complete without a visit (or multiple visits) to the Denmark Bakery.

In any regional community a few things are integral to the way of life enjoyed by country folk.

Seven of us went to the restaurant on the Australia Day public holiday, Friday 26/1, and it was very busy. The staff were accommodating, combining two tables and finding extra chairs for us. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, including local Marron, prawns, fish and chips, chicken schnitzel, and chicken parmy. The food was excellent, the wines were of high quality, the beer was cold, and the service was top-notch. We will definitely be returning in the near future. Well done to the staff for their hard work. Rating: Rooms 1, Service 5, Location 5.

We only stayed in the rooms and did not try the pub. We stayed for 2 nights with 4 adults and 1 child and had the worst sleep ever. One of the windows in the room was not covered with blinds, allowing light from a neighboring building to shine into the room throughout the entire night, making it difficult to sleep. All five beds were in one room, making it challenging for snorers and kids to be separated. The metal bed was dirty when we arrived, and the pillows were so flat that they caused migraines and sore necks. The room was neat and tidy, with clean bathrooms and all necessary supplies stocked. The staff were polite and easy to talk to, and the location was convenient, within walking distance to everything. Overall, the room was good, but improvements could be made by covering the windows with blinds and ensuring the beds are clean before check-in. The bed and breakfasts in the area can be expensive and booked far in advance, so staying at a park or motel may be a better option. Rooms: 2 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet and friendly atmosphere.
