Without a doubt, it ranks among the most delightful wines in Australia—not just in the Chardonnay category. Rude staff, close when they like despite opening hours being online. Closed a whole 1 hour and 30 minutes before stated time, no apology and wouldn’t let us in... read more Rude staff, close when they like despite opening hours being online. Closed a whole 1 hour and 30 minutes before stated time, no apology and wouldn’t let us in despite there still being tables inside with wine (we were only after a quick glass). No one was very friendly or offered alternative. Very frustrating after travelling quite a number of hours to get there!! Luckily there’s a place called The Lakehouse just around the corner, where you’re greeted with a much nicer welcome. Nicely busy, great atmosphere, lovely setting overlooking the lake and great wine go there instead!
