However we received a coupon in the mail and we decided to give it another try as the price was right. This time our stomachs did not rebel.

I had an enjoyable lunch at this location near the East Court Mall. I had the “Big Crunch” sandwich combo and I particularly enjoyed the cheesy sauce.My counter... read more I had an enjoyable lunch at this location near the East Court Mall. I had the “Big Crunch” sandwich combo and I particularly enjoyed the cheesy sauce.My counter server was Dawn and she was friendly and polite. There appeared to be good communication between the counter and the cooking staff which resulted in the prompt preparation of my order. When I requested a refill of my fountain soda, there was no hesitation.I noticed that the men’s washroom was dirty, but when I advised the staff about this condition it was promptly cleaned… thanks Dawn. I also noticed that the interior of the restaurant is sadly in need of redecorating and renovation, it looks very tired. However, I will return to this KFC because I find the food very tasty and the staff is pleasant.
