The cook, who is the manager is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met complete disregard for customer service and the quality of the food is so bad I wouldn’t even let my dog eat it. I honestly don’t know how the franchisee leaves these people the run the place or why they are even still open. Go anywhere else unless you enjoy a full day of an upset stomach. My visit today has made it so that I will never step foot in a Thai express ever again. It was so horrible I needed to get a refund, which I’ve never ever had to do before. When I asked to speak to the owner or anyone with a brain, I was met with confrontation and inane comments. Zero care for food quality, nonexistent customer service I'm honestly shocked I caution everyone; literally go anywhere else. I would rather flush 20 dollars down the toilet and starve over going in and ordering. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Ordered Pad See Ew and the ew part was definitely correct! As someone who frequently eats Thai food quite often from other Thai restaurants, this was by far the worst experience I 've ever had. The noodles were soggy and mushy (this is where the ew part comes into play for me. Rice noodles should be somewhat firm! , the chicken had a taste of freezer and was extremely chewy (yet another ew . The entire dish was completely flavorless. As for the staff, they were very uninviting. When I asked the spice levels, I was given an eye roll and then listened to the staff talking (the manager included about how they didn 't want to be there. I watched as other customers walked in and the manager shake her head in very obvious discontent. I will definitely not be back, EVER. Four bites in and it made its way to the trash.
