Most of the food I received upstairs end... read more I have dined at this restaurant twice now, hoping that my first experience was just a fluke. Unfortunately, it was not. Most of the food I received upstairs ended up in the garbage. I felt like I was bothering the server when I placed my order. The food was lukewarm, reheated, and had a terrible taste. I will not be returning.

The restaurant looks pretty worn out on the outside and inside. However, the menu is up to date. The service is a little slow, maybe because they use older kitchen utensils, I don't know. I had the limited waffle I enjoyed.

It's great to make money, but not if it means tarnishing the reputation of your restaurant... and this place definitely has a bad reputation. Stick to the Brookdale location and steer clear of the second location.

We ordered the nine piece bucket, all dark meat. with fries and salad, using a coupon the cashier had kindly provided....Surprise!! When we dug into the bucket at home we discovered the four thighs in it were all halves. I presume this is a chain wide thing but I'm not prepared to try my luck at another location. On the positive side, the chicken was nicely cooked and juicy.
