Burger King - Cornwall

Bad decor/terrible colour combo (horrid orange with blue), pieces of counter window ledges missing, not very clean, bacon in burgers cold/soggy/floppy/undercooked, onion rings barely recognizable as such (previous day's and/or refried all day long? served room temperature, chewy like old leather couldn't tell...what was inside the stuff that passed for breading no way to tell whether it was onion or to distinguish it from its exterior shell, drinks machine dirty too, staff more interested in conversing with one another than clients, mop and pail in aisle of dining area long before closing then the only other customers who decided to eat in came and sat right next to us when the entire place was empty and they could have gone anywhere else then proceeded to talk as loudly obnoxiously as possible as well. One entrance was completely sealed shut making us worry should we need to make quick exit. Thank goodness we live far away. Never again.

I fell when I was in parking lot right near door with my Month old in my arms. I barely received an apology let alone any help. My food was cold, mozza sticks were missing and the service was mediocre. The dining room was...not clean and it was not even busy in the restaurant. After all of this I still paid for my meal and received an apple pie as an apology I was unimpressed. Poor service, poor quality of food and poor maintenance of inside and outside of the building.

Both Burger Kings have good food and display Support Our Troops Canadian RED Ribbons. This means so much for the troops and their families to see this!

I stopped in for a quick lunch on Saturday around I could not see the kings menu from the cash! I ordered a cheeseburger with no mustard! There were young girls busily preparing the food while the other employees were hanging around...the cash complaining how slow they were! I was in line while a customer at the take out window waited also! I overheard the girl at the cash say either the big boss was in or wasn’t in they ran out of whoppers! She mumbled that to the others standing with her there! There was an older man standing in the back watching the young girls work hard! A lady came back in with the wrong order which she never got to the cash left! My burger was ready in minutes because it was a specialty order! I ate when I left the people ahead of me were still waiting! I haven’t been there in a few years because of the lack of service I certainly won’t be returning!

My first whopper was so tasty, the second attempt was not as good. When I tried their chicken burger was extremely disappointed as it made me ill.
