Working here can be challenging, as not being immediately liked can lead to a negative reputation, even if there's no real reason for it. Some people here need to mature. It's unkind to spread rumors and gossip about others, especially regarding mental health, particularly when those issues aren't real—it's simply misinformation.

I ordered a big breakfast and had canadian bacon instead of sausage.... read more I dont have high expectations for McDonald's but didnt like my experience yesterday at all. I ordered a big breakfast and had canadian bacon instead of sausage. It was cold. Im not even sure it was warmed. As im pregnant and worried about listeria on cold meat I could not eat it. The scrambled eggs had black in every bite so I could not eat them. So I paid $7 for a biscuit and hashbrown. I know not to complain about food or people will do nasty stuff to it so I didnt even make an attempt. I did go in questioning about the hot cakes (I haven't had a platter in years and thought there was only one option for big breakfast that comes with hotcakes) but apparently not. When I asked the manager that came up she did not offer me anything to upgrade (my years in customer service would of had me ask the customer if they wanted me to refund and upgrade to the one with hotcakes and just told them in the back to only send up hotcakes) but I guess it was a high expectation. I will never chose this McDonald's again myself...
