The A&W restaurant near Walmart, managed by new owners of the Vincent Massey location, offers hormone and antibiotic-free ingredients in their delicious burgers. Despite some initial challenges like food not being hot in drive-through orders, burned toast for breakfast, and sound levels that make conversation difficult, the restaurant shows promise. A large team of 14 kitchen workers ensures fast service, with friendly staff always willing to make the food just the way customers like it. Although the new location can get crowded, the overall experience of fresh food, prompt service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere keeps patrons coming back.

At that time the service was fast. Our order came fast, staff is friendly and competent. The only drawback of our visit is that this new site has a building that is too small for the busy times of the day, to dispose of trays customers need to go behind the seat to dispose of them. The congestion is sometimes a negative when eating.

I have to say, this restaurant really needs to step up their game when it comes to serving hot food. I drove through multiple times just to grab some onion rings, and each time I had to go back inside and ask for a fresh batch because the ones they gave me were barely warm. It's disappointing when they can't even get something as simple as onion rings right. However, on a positive note, their root beer is fantastic.
