Compared to the typical Dunkin' experience, this location stands... read more I'm not sure if it's the staff or the training, but this Dunkin' Donuts is surprisingly subpar. Compared to the typical Dunkin' experience, this location stands out as particularly disappointing. They often lose orders, seem constantly overwhelmed, and there’s a noticeable lack of communication both with customers and among the employees. Even though it’s close to my home, I feel fortunate to have an Aroma Joes nearby, along with plenty of other dining choices. There are also other Dunkin' Donuts locations downtown.

The... read more If I could give a lower rating, I definitely would. I can't fathom why it takes 30 minutes every time I come here, not to mention the limited menu options. The place is consistently messy, and the staff could really use some training in customer service. Do yourself a favor and dine elsewhere. There's an Aroma Joes just half a minute away—head there if you can, but definitely steer clear of this restaurant.
