I was in the drive-thru with only one car ahead of me. I ordered two iced coladas and a coffee. I have no idea what the person in front of me ordered, but regardless, I waited in line for 20 minutes, and then it took another 10 minutes just to make my drinks. Cashier gave me the VIP treatment he had a voice like a radio announcer. Bought myself a new Dunkin' Tumbler along with the usual goodies The crew worked well together and were cheerful, commenting on how good the food smelled as it was cooking up lol

Literally watched them prepare my food bare handed and serve it to me. Gross. Loud obnoxious personal conversations, place is a joke, I wouldn’t eat or drink anything from here.

We ended up being late for my daughter’s appointment because I expected to be through the line in no more than 10 minutes since there was only one car ahead of me.
