At KFC, the chicken tenders and fries are consistently great, but the legs and wings tend to be greasy. However, every time I visit, both bathrooms have been out of order for about three months. Their menu offers some tasty options, but the restroom situation needs improvement.
The service at KFC was quite disappointing. I had to ask repeatedly for my drink order and for specific sauces, but I received every sauce except the honey one I requested. Additionally, there were no straws provided for our drinks. The staff at KFC definitely need to be more attentive and improve their overall service. The menu offerings were fine, but the service overshadowed the experience.
KFC's chicken was perfectly cooked. The chicken strips were tasty but slightly dry. When I asked for chicken wings without sauce, I was informed they are no longer available on the menu.
I ordered a chicken breast, but instead, I got thighs, which were disappointing! The chicken was slimy and rubbery, the skin was unappetizing, and the meat was in poor condition. I've had great experiences at KFC in the past, but this time I was really let down.
This restaurant would earn a negative star rating if it were possible. The service was impolite, the establishment was unclean, and it provided the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I visited the drive-thru, placed a straightforward order, and didn't even receive a receipt. I was then instructed to go inside because they had run out of chicken (during dinner time!). After waiting 20 minutes, my order was never prepared. Frustrated and hungry, we inquired about our order, and eventually, the manager returned it to us. Looking back, we were actually fortunate not to have eaten the food there.
