Went in here today and was really sad to see an employee being very rude to a trainee. I think the employee's name was Erin. The trainee was being yelled at and talked over by the older employee that was training her. Waiting in line, I felt very sad by this encounter. I purchased no drink, left immediately. The coffee was so hot ahhhh ooobhh it's burning my tongue right now ohh fucj.
The whole team is wonderful! Ryan, Tyler, Melissa and the new guy! All fantastic!
I tried to order on my mobile app with my Starbucks card on a school trip. This location said it did mobile pickup? Yeah, no. I spent the remainder of my Starbucks card to be told LOL sorry go walk somewhere else. On school trips... you don't get that luxury. So it ended up being a waste of my money and I'm incredibly frustrated.
I absolutely love it! The service is quick and friendly, with a great atmosphere. I truly appreciate the staff who take pride in their work and showcase that here.
They got my order right both times, although they asked for my name again during the second order.
