Feedback
Salazar offers good food with small portions at high prices. The service is good, but the atmosphere can be annoying when sitting at a tiny table in a busy room. Despite this, it is a popular spot with memorable seasonal dishes and exceptional food, making it a great choice for showcasing Cincinnati cuisine to friends and family. The knowledgeable staff provide great recommendations, creating a pleasant dining experience. During the pandemic, the outdoor seating allows for a charming ambiance with proper safety measures in place. Salazar is worth a visit for a special occasion or a much-needed date night out. Cheers to a decade of deliciousness!.
Amazing. Will miss it so much! The new location will be amazing though we can’t wait to see the tapas bar they put here!
Salazar has been a sensational staple on OTR especially for locals and though as silk miss them in this form, in this location, we will look forward to the next chapter and visiting the next corner that it graces. All our sincere thanks and best wishes for this past decade of deliciousness!!!
Our last brunch at Salazar was fantastic! Smoked salmon sandwich, goetta Benedict (chili crisp addition…wow), chilaquiles and of course fried oyster sliders! The Spill the Tea was a great cocktail for brunch. Cheers to Chef Salazar for letting us enjoy this exquisite place for the past ten years. Too many memories and great meals to count. Here’s to the next adventure!
Such an exemplary meal and experience at Salazar. Alex did a great job with the service! Presentation, flavors, and use of ingredients combine for a James Beard worthy evening. We enjoyed the Fish Collar...and don't even get me started on the bone marrow butter! I recommend the Bruce Banner cocktail and the wife really enjoyed the Harvest Moon. All in we had 3 different entrees in our party and all at the table felt they were top notch. I highly recommend Salazar but book well in advance....the word is out;
