They get our orders wrong 50% of the time. But tonight took the cake when they sent an empty box. Really kind of shocked us. So they sent the driver back with the pizza. It was stone cold when I got here. Maybe just ordering empty boxes might have been the better option as I do believe the cardboard tasted better. They get our orders wrong half the time, but tonight was a new low when they delivered an empty box. We were genuinely surprised. They did send the driver back with the pizza, but by the time it arrived, it was stone cold. Honestly, I might have been better off just ordering empty boxes, as the cardboard might have tasted better. At least Costa would have apologized, refunded the money, and sent a fresh pizza! Who is managing this place now?
