This is fast... read more The burgers and fries are extremely disappointing. I used to work here right after high school, and the quality of the food now is just laughable. This is fast food, and what I received was unacceptable. The chili cheese fries arrived with unmelted cheese and subpar chili. Additionally, you didn’t have pretzel buns, yet still charged me full price for a modified sandwich, which shows a lack of understanding when it comes to food. Please improve your standards. Honestly, I could come back and run this restaurant better after 10 years.

There is no way this location ever gets any order 100% correct, in a timely manner, and charges you the right amount, ALL in the same visit. Please willingly turn yourselves into the maincorporation and ask for a major overhaul. In fact, please go to any other Wendy's once a week for 2 months and see theconsistency that every other location provides. And then figure out what you are doing wrong and fix it. Please! We just want agood Wendy's in Bountiful.

We order delivery sometimes and the fact that this restaurant never gets an order 100% correct is a running joke in my house. We're always missing items, missing sauces, etc. Today I ordered two fries,two chicken nuggets, a burger, a chili, and a cookie. I got the fries and the nuggets, which means almost 50% of our order wasjust straight-up missing. At this point, it's almost laughable how unreliable this place is.
