I told them I received a confirmation email about m... read more Ordered online, went to the store and was told they didn 't accept my order because they were out of fries . I told them I received a confirmation email about my order, and they said I would still not be charged. So I had to place a whole differentorder, and pay for that as well. The first order has been charged to my card despite the fact I was promised it wouldn 't because they didn 't accept the order , and I didn 't get any of the food from said order. Have tried contacting them, but they don 'thave a phone number in use (that I could find). I understand mistakes happen, but if you don 't leave an easy way for people tocontact you with problems, you 'll never get better.

Looking at all other franchises close by they were all packed with customers lined up for orders. Wendy?s had zero costumers with good reason. We got our order, a 4 for4 a burger and chicken nuggets. Everything was cold. The people there showed no interest in helping us. Fries were very stalelike they have been sitting out all day. Chicken nuggets were sub par and all the food was dry. I love Wendy?s and I lost faithin this franchise that day. They forgot to give us straws, and all the sauces we ordered. We all ordered the same sauces andthey ended up giving us a total of 3 sauces for 3 separate meals. Do not go to this place, it?s not worth it. Whoever is themanager of this establishment needs to step it up or be replaced. The workplace environment sounds super lazy and is in need ofa makeover.

There is no way this location ever gets any order 100% correct, in a timely manner, and charges you the right amount, ALL in the same visit. Please willingly turn yourselves into the maincorporation and ask for a major overhaul. In fact, please go to any other Wendy's once a week for 2 months and see theconsistency that every other location provides. And then figure out what you are doing wrong and fix it. Please! We just want agood Wendy's in Bountiful.

We order delivery sometimes and the fact that this restaurant never gets an order 100% correct is a running joke in my house. We're always missing items, missing sauces, etc. Today I ordered two fries,two chicken nuggets, a burger, a chili, and a cookie. I got the fries and the nuggets, which means almost 50% of our order wasjust straight-up missing. At this point, it's almost laughable how unreliable this place is.

But today, my little girl kept asking for a baked potato for lunch. So, we go, wait for 20 minutes in thedrive through to find out they are out of potatoes. Fine, it happens. So, I order a cheeseburger for my girl. We get home and Ireach in the bag and there are the apple slices, but no cheeseburger. Fine. But she kept asking for a potato for the rest of theafternoon so we go back for dinner, because surely, they?ve cooked some by now. Nope. After waiting another 15 minutes in linethey?re still out. Go to the 2600 south location, they?re closed. I try to call the Centerville location, with no answer. Ichance it, and I go to the Centerville location, and they also do not have baked potatoes. If we weren?t redoing our kitchenthis wouldn?t be so frustrating, as I could cook my own, but here we are.
