They run out of basic stuff... read more The epitome of incompetence. They NEVER have mexican pizza even though it's an official menu item. Get with the program there buddy. They run out of basic stuff on a daily basis. Out of lettuce, out of tomatoes, out of cheese. They would rather save 12cents on a 5lb bag of cheese than run to Wal Mart and make $2000 more dollars tonight. It's because they don't want to work.They just want to sit there and get paid minimum wage to do nothing. The management is the problem though. I imagine with howpoorly this place is managed, the employees must be unhappy as well.

Lately they have just been ta... read more Hey this place use to be really good at customer service and would always make a positive experience especially with wrong orders. Lately they have just been taking orders and they honestly have been wrong the last few times. This most recent timethey got the order wrong and I brought it up at the window and instead of providing a solution like getting started on fixing itand asking us to pull around to a different spot to get us out of the way they gaslight me asking if I specified the order whichof course I did with the last few times having issues with wrong orders. Then the employee just looked at me through the windowlike that ended the conversation even though he didn't respond to it just saying that what I got was on the receipt. So I leftwith the wrong order and ended up having to go to a Taco Time about a city away just to get enough food for a solid meal. I washoping for willingness for problem solving instead I got unacceptable customer service. I recommend not going to this locationcurrently.

Multiple times hav3 i experienced a male Cashier make me feel like I was inconveniencing them as they took my order saying in a very rude tone anything else after every item I ordered. God forbid you ask foranything modified. Alway out of eveything, this time not having any of the Chrispy chiken or the chedder Chalupa... I get weare in a supply change shortage, the least you can do is put sorry out of sign so you don 't waste anyone 's time. Will never goto this tacobell again I would rather drive the 5 miles over to centerville.

However, it turns out t... read more I've avoided Taco Bell several times because of the long drive-thru lines, assuming it was due to being one of the few places open late. However, it turns out the service is just slow. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I asked for a spicy double steak grilled cheese burrito, but it wasn't spicy at all. They didn’t offer any sauce, which made it quite dry. I expected a generous amount of steak based on the menu description, but there was far less than promised, and what was there was barely warm and soggy, with hardly any steak flavor. I've had this burrito before, and it was pretty good, so this experience was definitely disappointing.

They clearly p... read more This was the slowest service I've ever experienced at a Taco Bell. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, yet it took 30 minutes to receive my order. They clearly prioritized the drive-thru over dine-in customers. Definitely not impressed.
