Whil... read more Let's break it down: I give 3 stars for the burger, 4 stars for the fries, and 5 stars for cleanliness. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like a $9+ hamburger. While having two patties sounds good, the burger lacked flavor, and even with grilled onions and mushrooms, it was extremely bland. The bun was so thin that it got soggy very quickly from the burger. The staff were nice, but I was surprised to see seven people working while it felt so slow. I even saw one photo of them just standing around, and it was a bit entertaining to hear their casual chatter about the dishes and fries. Not exactly a picture of productivity. On a positive note, I loved how clean everything was, and the fries were great. However, I can't agree with their claims of being the "best burger" or the "best bargain." I understand that the current environment for materials and labor is challenging, but I would suggest discussing productivity with the team.

I watched my b... read more 2pm on Thursday, not exactly lunch rush. 25 minutes for burger and fries. I know you're good, at least my first few visits were. But seriously... I watched my burger sit unwrapped for 4 minutes. Then continued sitting for 3 more minutes before I got halfcold fries tossed in, I had assumed I was being made to wait for fresh fries. Nope. Could be tough to go back.
