This is fast food, and what I received was unacceptable. The chili cheese fries arrived with unmelted cheese and subpar chili. Additionally, you didn’t have pretzel buns, yet still charged me full price for a modified sandwich, which shows a lack of understanding when it comes to food. Please improve your standards. Honestly, I could come back and run this restaurant better after 10 years.
