They were respectful of us trying to finish our conversation, started doing the nightly clean up and provided a place for us to sit andchat. Love that.

The chef h... read more Had a great experience at China Star today. Drove by the sign that said ?New Hibachi Service? so decided to try it for lunch. The food was delicious. The chef had been hibachi trained in NYC and was skilled at all the usual tricks and banter,which provided a fun atmosphere. Cost was approx $15/person, which is reasonable for hibachi during lunchtime. My wife and I hadthe filet mignon and shrimp and shared them. The entrees came with fried rice, veggies, and soup or salad. Everyone in our partyfelt the portion size was appropriate for lunchtime prices. Overall, we had a terrific experience. Glad to have this service nowin Bountiful.

The food was de... read more I had a wonderful dining experience at China Star today. We noticed a sign for their new Hibachi service and decided to give it a try for lunch. The food was delicious, and the chef, who was trained in NYC, entertained us with all the usual tricks and flair. The cost was around $15 per person, which is reasonable for a Hibachi lunch. My wife and I shared the fillet mignon and shrimp dishes, which came with fried rice, vegetables, and the choice of soup or salad. Everyone in our group found the portion sizes to be satisfactory for the price. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and are happy to have this new option in Bountiful.
