Listen, I want to like The Mandarin. My family has been dragging me here for every birthday event for over a decade. You guys, I can not do it anymore. I can't pretend this is good food. The atmosphere is fun, the service is great, but my god, if I have to look at another plate of frozen vegetable medley in brown sauce, I'm going to scream.

Flavorless food, except for jam-like dipping sauce for spring rolls. Three main meals had no flavor. Charged extra for rice too! Very slow service (1 hour to receive meal). The only reason I can think of why this restaurant stays busy in the great decor and alcoholic drinks served.

We tried the Mandarin tonight and our service was terrible. one of our dinners didn't even come to everyone was finished eating. they didn't even apologize. the food was only so so and they up charget us about 20percent for being gluten free. I would not recommend.

6 different dishes were all fantastic. Without exception the diners in our party loved their selections. The Christmas decorations were beautiful too. We scheduled a reservation ahead of time and dined on a Monday so wait for a table wasnonexistent. Our servers were very attentive without being obtrusive. Thank you.

As always, EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE!! Kaia was our waitress and she did a wonderful job! The char Shu (barbecue pork) was the best we have ever had, definitely a must get! We also have the chicken general Tso‘s, the cashew chicken and Sizzling ricesoup. Yum, Yum, YUM!!!! We enjoy bringing family and friends here for gatherings because we know they will be satisfied withtheir meal and be impressed with the service!
