Steak House No. 316- Boulder

The restaurant features a classic steakhouse decor and ambiance, complemented by equally impressive service and food. All the steaks served are prime cuts and cooked to perfection, boasting a delightful crust. I tried the special cap steak, which was both flavorful and as tender as a filet. They also offer a tomahawk cut. The cowboy ribeye was outstanding as well. The salads and sides were exceptional, with the tableside-prepared Caesar salad being particularly memorable. The kale salad, softened and complemented by parmesan and pine nuts, was a delight. The gnocchi were simply divine. This is the best steak I've had since dining at Peter Luger in New York, and definitely the finest in the Denver area.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! We celebrated our anniversary and enjoyed every moment. The food and service were exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate the singing telegram I had arranged, and the manager even took on the role of the cameraman. Thank you for making our special day unforgettable!

This is a fantastic spot for steak, seafood, or drinks in Boulder. The staff is what you would expect from a mid-range steakhouse—friendly and attentive without needing to be called upon. The cowboy ribeye is arguably one of the best I've enjoyed in Colorado. The cocktails were also excellent, and overall, the restaurant was nearly flawless.

Food was so so. Nothing spectacular. Service was poor at best. Took an hour to get our meal. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted with the bars is slammed comment. It was 5pm. We could see the bar, it the entire restaurant was only 1/3 full, at most. Ultimately, I could have gone to any average steakhouse and saved hundred+. I 'm no stranger to a great steakhouse, this fell short of my expectations. I might go again, but only after I know something has changed.

Excellent steak house. The food was outstanding. Steak was cooked to perfection and the sides were unbelievable. Our waiter was friendly and attentive !! Great spot to have a nice dinner and some drinks.
