Snarfburger - Boulder
Snarfburger
Description
Snarf’s burgers inspire devotion and frustration: friendly, fast staff and creative offerings (lettuce-wrapped options, triple B) pair with standout onion rings and affordable prices, but execution is inconsistent. Some guests rave about crispy fries and juicy sandwiches, while others get dry, over- or undercooked patties, stale or over-peppered fries, missing toppings, and order mistakes. It’s a casual, college‑hangout spot with very limited seating—great for a quick, inexpensive bite if you accept occasional uneven quality.

The onion rings steal the show. While the burger itself is above average, it falls short of being exceptional. Parking can be a bit of a hassle.
Wow, these burgers are incredibly flavorful and delicious! The fries could use a bit more salt – I'm not sure if they add any at all, but they're still good. The onion rings were overcooked, unfortunately. As for the chocolate milkshake, it's just okay at best. Also, I noticed that your fire extinguisher is expired.
I've been a huge fan of Snarf sandwiches for many years, so I decided to give their burgers a try. What a letdown! The burgers were small, burnt, and dry. They came with just a tiny slice of tomato and a few shreds of lettuce, while the cheese was almost non-existent. I actually found myself appreciating McDonald's more after this experience! These were the worst burgers we've ever had, reminiscent of the small, burnt ones nobody wants at a picnic. The lack of condiments didn't help at all. When I got them home, I scraped off the burnt parts and added plenty of our own lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese. It made a difference, but the mini-burgers were still overcooked and dry. We won't be returning, and I recommend you take the extra mile to Burger King or McDonald's instead! That's $40 wasted. Learn from my experience!
Kevin is the man. Super chill and friendly. They make good stuff here. Also, unlimited sparkling water on tap is pretty great.
