I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and two bacon sandwiches, but I only received three pieces of bacon instead. The bacon was carelessly placed on the sandwiches, and the tops weren’t even aligned properly. The blueberries were mushy and seemed spoiled, and the oranges still had seeds in them. On the bright side, the biscuits were well-made, but I found the prices to be steep—$12 for an egg, two pieces of bacon, and cheese on a biscuit feels excessive. The coffee was burnt and tasted bad, though the barista was friendly. Overall, I don't plan to return. The quality has declined since the ownership changed, and the prices have increased. For what I paid, I could easily have bought ingredients to prepare a five-course meal for my whole neighborhood.

I called to place a pickup order, and the woman who answered was very rude, making it sound like taking my order was a burden. I've experienced this several times, both over the phone and in person. It seems like no one enjoys working here, and unfortunately, that negativity is directed at the customers.
