I called to place a pickup order, and the woman who answered was very rude, making it sound like taking my order was a burden. I've experienced this several times, both over the phone and in person. It seems like no one enjoys working here, and unfortunately, that negativity is directed at the customers.

The waitress did not reveal she automatically added a 20% tip for 2 breakfast entres. Not knowing this I put 20% more in the tip jar. It was such a high cost. I... read more The waitress did not reveal she automatically added a 20% tip for 2 breakfast entres. Not knowing this I put 20% more in the tip jar. It was such a high cost. I went back inside to see if a mistake occurred on the bill. She then told us she put 20% tip up front. Felt ripped off. She got 40% because she didn't let us know their scheme.
