This restaurant is a must-visit in Boulder. I have been dining here for several years, both in-person and for takeout, and the quality is consistently excellent! They offer delicious pho, spring rolls, and their banh mi sandwiches are perfect for a speedy lunch. The staff is also very friendly. I give the food a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. View all feedback. I had dinner here with a friend and we shared the Vietnamese egg rolls which were very tasty and we each had pho. He had beef pho and I had the vegetable pho. I was surprised at how weak in flavor the broth was. my friend’s had a bit more beef flavor, but still weak.
