Sat with friends early as we visit a 7:00 film. service was fast and eating was very good and many decisions on the early menu. I would recommend it to others.
We have been happy with friends who we hadn't seen for a long time for dinner. I have chosen via perla about other restaurants in the inner city of boulder because it offers good Italian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. but I had hoped that the restaurant would not be crowded with loud people, because we really wanted to talk and catch up, not scream and laugh gay. we have, to our great joy, laugh a lot, listen to us strata and comments, and enjoyed our cocktails and dinners. add the wonderful and cheerful service of a friendly server called stacy, and they have everything essential for a beautiful night out. Celebrated our sons birthday- great eating atmosphere- they even treated him to a delicious birthday dessert!
Had the octopus and meat balls which were perfect. The fish bouillabaisse and gnocchi entrees were done to perfection. One of the better restaurants in Boulder
Via Perla knows how to make perfect bucatini! We enjoyed a fabulous birthday lunch, with just the right amount of attention from the wait staff, and a great wine recommendation from Italy's Lazio region. Elegant yet reasonably priced, if you're looking for a true Italy experience, go here!
