I had already checked two other cafés that were clo... read more I called this café on June 11, 2022, at 11:20 AM to see if they were open after experiencing a power outage. I had already checked two other cafés that were closed due to the same issue. When I reached out, a staff member answered the phone but seemed quite annoyed. She curtly replied, "Well, I answered the phone, so you can assume we’re open." Before I could explain that the other cafés were closed because of the power outage, she abruptly hung up on me. The person handling your customer service could use some training, as effective communication is a crucial part of the job. I ultimately went to Starbucks instead, where the service was far superior. After this encounter, I won’t consider visiting your café again. If this is how you interact over the phone, I can only imagine how you treat your paying customers in person.

For the last six years, there has been an unhappy woman working in the hallway who has repeatedly gotten our orders wrong. I can't help but question what we might have done to annoy her. Is it too much to request extra napkins? I'm not a difficult customer, but considering the high prices for their food and coffee, the level of service is simply unacceptable.

It supposed to have 2 espresso shots in it but it didn?t taste strong enough. They have some snack items in there too. Good, clean, spacious place with outdoor sitting. Have its own small parking area outside.

I had a mocha and my husband a caramel macchiato. The flavors weren?t too strong, which it can be great or not too great depending on your personal taste. I?d definitely recommend this place if you?re looking for a relaxed coffee shop to hang out.

Seriously, what did we do to make this lady so upset so long ago? Ask forextra napkins? I am not a demanding person, and their coffee and food is too expensive to treat their customers this poorly.

On my second visit, I had my 8-year-old granddaughter with me, and the staff was quite rude regarding the drink options for kids. They made a raspberry frappuccino that was overpriced and undrinkable. However, the location and the café itself are nice, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi.
