My husband and I went here on a recommendation of a neighborI'm glad that we did! We ordered the firehouse roll, alba garlic roll and Seattle roll.
Since I worked in a real office for the week, I could go to lunch, which I usually never do at home. I went to Wasabi Bay with the girls. Lunch offers here are crazy and cheap. The small plates all come with elk soup or salad. Here are the piggyoza, which also had a little secondary salad. The spider roll. The reels are somewhat smaller than the regular ones, but the prices are even teenier! Here's the chicken caraage grower. That was also on a side salad. I liked the surprise of greens and the lightly spicy dressing that came on. This oldashi Tofu was good and huge. And it ended up like $6 per person. Seriously. They practically give this food away, because it would cost you more in raw materials if you want to do this alone. If I worked in my ordinary business office, I could do it every day.
I can't wait to go back. You have a fresh list so we make sure that order a few items from this. Albacore sashimi was delicious. Firehouse also rolls farewell, but sharp! I should have called the name. A good happy hour. Prices are fair for quality and quantity.
Sublime Sanbaisu. I didn't expect Wasabi Bay to be as good as it was. While the decor is comfortable, the large television over the Sushi counter damped expectations and gave more a bar atmosphere. I was happy surprised. The Sushi-Maki, Negiri and Sashimi are very good. For those who prefer Americanized sushi, they do the cream cheese and salmon type rolls, and make the mayonnaise based mixed sharp rolls, but they also do not have fusion Japanese style maki and negiri. The Shiitake Mushroom Crab dumplings with Sanbaisu (also called Sanbaizu Sauce are sublime. Each emptying is served on a Japanese style spoon, four to serve it is a small dish order, but deceptive, as there is a considerable amount of food on the dish with Shishatake mushrooms, scalions, garlic, onions, and a Sanbaisu sauce so good that I literally scraped the dish to get the last piece of it. Each emptying is several bites, there are so much chopped on the spoon that it could easily be divided as an appetizer or one of two dishes at a table for two diners. Unless you want all four for yourself, and I usually do. Just the best I had and always good every time I had them. Lucky Hour allows you to buy two small record items for a modest price and just makes a full meal. There is more variety on the menu than other local Japanese restaurants (Sushi Zen, for example inexpensive and good Bento Box lunches, but not much beyond, the Ginger Pork is a remarkable exception and the availability of Small Plate meals allows to avoid over the food, or share a large plate with a companion. A small complaint I love Mochi ice cream for dessert, especially made house, and Wasabi Bay hasn't, but this is a small problem facing quality and value. Overall, a good choice for inexpensive Japanese foods in general, and very good, though somewhat expensive, sushi and sashimi.

I 'm a door dasher and they didn 't want me sitting in the dine-in seats when the doorway seats were all taken. They use crab which is synthetic and that in itself is no quality ingredient. The company wants a customer to understand "cost ' but wants them to pay as if it were quality. too sad. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
Food quality is high. It’s pretty packed during normal lunch/dinner hours so we always go after the peak. So far it’s our favorite sushi place in the greater Seattle area at this pricing level. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My family and I came here for Christmas diner. The dangerous roll was phenomenal with just the right amount of kick. The veggie udon soup was very tasty. The fried calamari was the perfect serving size and the batter was crunchy, not soggy like some I've had at other places. We will definitely be making this a regular spot.
Ordered Salmon Torched Roll. New for me. Nice flavor. One roll was large enough for two. The popcorn chicken was okay, haven't had that in a sushi place before. Nice clean establishment, not fancy, offbeat location. Nice staff, even the chef acknowledged us. I look forward to trying out the different dishes so I can give a thorough review.
Sushi here is so good. The family owned this place, is so nice and kind all the time. Quality of sushi is beyond average, just fabulous, melting in my mouth. Must get salmon, tuna and shrimp and so on. Telling you, this place is way better than any other sushi places in Seattle, trust me.
With over 20 years experience of eating sushi, I have only one word to describe this place — LEGIT! And service was great too!
Hands down the best sushi place in Washington state! Great customer service and very delicious sushi! Popcorn lobster roll recommend We definitely will keep coming back! Please guys good food takes time and it's only 1 server and 1 sushi chef managing the restaurant and they both do a damn good job!

We visited this restaurant for dinner the other night. It was not very crowded around 7:30. The location is a bit secluded, so we probably wouldn't have discovered it otherwise.
We ordered the Bay Scallop Roll, Scorched Salmon Roll, and Kaarage at a restaurant in English Bay for a quick dinner with my cousin. We both loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
