Stop giving these people your money. I now count six years of a consistently angry lady working the drive-through who has managed to get our order wrong every single time. Seriously, what did we do to make this lady so upset so long ago? Ask forextra napkins? I am not a demanding person, and their coffee and food is too expensive to treat their customers this poorly.
To whoever answered the phone, please consider improving your customer service skills, as dealing with people is part of your job. Thanks for saving me the trip—I ended up going to a Starbucks instead, where the service was lovely. I will not be returning to your café, especially since this was supposed to be my first visit. If that’s the tone you use on the phone, I can only imagine how you treat your paying customers in person.
